Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) busted yesterday an alleged notorious drug pusher after the latter had sold “shabu” to a poseur-buyer.
Senior Insp. Jovil Sedel, chief of Police Station 2, identified the suspect as Raphy Duadores, 35 years old, and a resident of Purok Kagaykay, Barangay 2, Bacolod City.
Duadores, who is reportedly at the top of the agency’s most wanted list, was arrested by PDEA operatives at around 4 a.m. in the said barangay.
According to Sedel, the raiding team had recovered from Duadores’ possession one big and three small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu; five pieces P100-peso bill, which were used as marked money; cellphone; and an Isuzu Fuego vehicle.
Sedel said that Duadores will face charges for violations of sections 5 and 11 of Article II of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Duadores was turned over to Police Station 2 by the operatives of PDEA, Sedel said./WDJ
